Client

Becoming a client of PI Back Office is quite simple. There is an onboarding fee and a fee per case referred for management.

 

There is a one-time onboarding fee of $2,500 which includes the following:

• Exclusive license to use our legal documentation to become a secured creditor

• Review of fee schedule, PI compliance, documentation protocols, and understanding insurance coverages

• Provider/staff training on how to use our cloud-based software

• Additional tools based on clinic needs

 

Case fees are based on a Two‐Tier Percentage Fee System; the Occurrence Fee and the Collection Fee.

 

The “Occurrence Fee” is a fee applied against the face amount of billed charges.
 

The “Collection Fee” is a fee applied against the actual amount of collected charges.

NOTE: The agreement is a year‐to‐year service as both parties have the ability to terminate the agreement with 30-day written notice.
